I recently started accepting reservations from Air BnB. My auto emails were scheduled to send upon payment in full. As you probably know, Air BnB does not send full payment until after check-in so my settings won't work for Air BnB reservations. All my reservations are paid in full at the time of booking. So, I changed my auto email settings to send the Arrival Instructions 1 day after booking creation date. I figured that would work since you can't create a booking without paying in full anyway, but it still doesn't. I am starting to get alot of Air BnB reservations and I's really like these emails to go out automatically rather than manually sending them each time. I'd love your ideas on how I can make this work.
