Hi John, How do I collect my Booking Fee when the reservation is made? I have the boxed checked to Collect Booking fee in the PrePayments section, but it does not seem to work. I'm sure it's a user error! Please advise.

Oh ok. I see that you're also running in Manager-Centric mode, so collecting a fee "when the reservation is made" is a little tougher to define, because we're not talking about an online booking, in the truest sense.
Can you help me understand: when is the guest presented with their first payment to you? (There are so many ways to run this in Bookerville...)

We send a quote email, which allows guests to click Book It, to agree to the online contract and then make their deposit payment of $200. We would like this to be $225 (deposit + booking fee)

The only thing I see that needs to be updated for that the Payment Schedule (Dashboard ==> Account Settings tab) needs to have another "immediate" payment for the $25 amount. That will leave two "immediate" payments due - one for the refundable security deposit, and another for the $25 booking fee.
Try that, and see if that accomplishes what you're looking for. (Or just tell me to do it for you, I don't mind...)
