Details within the reservation confirmation e-mail are not specific to our company. We can not see an e-mail template to edit. Where is this located.

Hi Deborah - it is the "Guest Confirmation" email template.
You can edit these by clicking on a property name (from the Master Calendar). Then click on the Email Templates tab, and look for the Guest Confirmation in the list of email templates on the left.
