We are retirees, with one only beach Villa in Chicxulub Puerto, Yucatan, Mexico. We spend a few months there each year, it is so peaceful and tranquil. We also rent it to vacationers and exchangers. It is 5,500 sqft, too big for us, but having 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, it is a great family or group vacation place. Check it out at www.CastilloNicte-Ha.com. It does take time to respond to inquiries. I think your site has possibilities for us.
