Is there any way I can see the rate I charged the guest on the detailed booking. We have a system where a different rate is charged depending on how many people are staying, so the rate that I've inputted in my calendar is not necessarily what I'm charging. Currently I work backwards from the total amount charged to find my nightly rate but I thought it would be quick and easy if both the guest and I can see the nightly rate (excluding and including taxes)on the booking, quote and/or invoice.

Hi Mailie.

There are some tags that may serve here, although I'm not sure:

[AVERAGE NIGHTLY RATE] - The average nightly rate of the booking. This is the Net Rent (Rent plus surcharges less discounts) divided by the number of nights in the booking.

[AVERAGE NIGHTLY RATE WITH COUPONS] - The average nightly rate of the booking, including any applied coupon codes. This is the Net Rent (Rent plus surcharges less discounts), less any applied coupon codes, divided by the number of nights in the booking.

[AVERAGE NIGHTLY NET RENT PLUS CLEANING] - The average nightly rate of the booking. This is the Net Rent (Rent plus surcharges less discounts) plus the cleaning fee, divided by the number of nights in the booking.

[AVERAGE NIGHTLY TOTAL] - The average nightly rate of the booking. This is the Booking Total (Rent plus surcharges less discounts plus taxes, etc.) divided by the number of nights in the booking.

Do you want to try some of these tags in the emails, and see if they produce what you're looking for?

Let us know if these work (or don't), Ok?

Thanks,

John
