Expenses > Seems that this needs some more features... from invoicing, parts, labor, etc.

We can enter Expenses but other than an online record, you can't do anything else once entered. No reports, No ability to show them on the owner's report. I guess I'm looking for more of an accounting record and invoicing functionality. It would be nice to be able to have a report that takes Rent Monies and allows for expenses to be deducting out, along with a management fee.
