Please add some more filters options on the report page > for example > property type... therefore we could produce reports based on our property type set up... for example.. If we operating in two states.. we could label our property types by state, which would have a different TAX, and then could print our a state tax report based off of that... or if we labeled our units by bedroom.. we could print a report based off the bedrooms. Maybe even add where you can have more than one property type for each unit.. i.e. long term 3 BR vs Short Term 3 BR vs Long term 2 br

Very good ideas. Short-term, I think we can include Property Type in the Report Filters, and also how about this: we can include State as well, and then if you enter the states for each of your properties, the tax reports could be run that way?
Longer term, we will ponder the idea of multiple Property Type fields, but this dovetails into some other advanced features we are developing, which may be even better. More to come...

Thanks Charlie - we are implementing a new pick-list for "State" in the report filters, which will let you filter the reports by the state each property is in. Of course, you'll want to make sure that each property in your account has the state field properly populated.
We are also putting in a pick-list for property type for the filters. Because of this, you may want to re-define your property types as "3BR Short-Term", "3BR Long-Term" etc. to make effective use of it when it's rolled out.
