The Occupancy Report has been enhanced to provide you the ability to filter out certain booking statuses. Filtering out statuses like "Maintenance" and "Owner Occupied" may help give you a more accurate picture of the occupancy numbers you're really interested in.

The Booking Status select-list is "multiple select", so you can hold the Control key down while selecting and multiple items will be highlighted.
